How do you feel about calling your own shot?


Someone once told me
To have satisfaction in a personal relationship
You would have to first define all the things you want to find in a person
Balance that off against all of the other things you'd be willing to accept





This is about swimming but this is also about your entire life


It's critical to be proactive about life - not just in your mind
The advice was to write it all down on a piece of paper
Manifestation is real and all humans do it
Some people do it better than others

Without going too deep into the deep psychology of retaining the love of a partner
I have one simple concept which is to imagine yourself meeting that person today
Now what I have to ask you is very important - would that person like to meet you?
By now I hope my reader has determined that I'm a very deep and thoughtful person

Do you plan to have a romantic future with that person?
Are you doing your part to be the person you need to be
In order to both attract and retain the person who want to be with

Let me confess that my dream woman is quite healthy
Being healthy doesn't just happen on accident
Especially staying that way long time


About the dream person in your mind
Is that person attractive?
Health is not an accident

How will that person feel about seeing you each day
Will that person have to witness you
Be out of breath by climbing stairs
